Cedrick & Tammie LaFleur gave back to their high school by creating a scholarship in honor of his grandparents. The LaFleurs' made a personal commitment of $120,000 for the Frank & Effie Washington Education Scholarship. "My mother and my grandparents always discussed the value of education with me.
